Although we do not collect user data, the app uses Apple’s APIs to read or write certain data in the Apple Health app on your device (referred to as “Health Data”). Health Data includes, but is not limited to:

  • Activity
  • Steps
  • Active Energy
  • Sleep
  • Meditation Minutes
  • Walking and Running Distance
  • Handwashing
  • Hydration
  • Heart Rate

This Health Data is processed locally on your device and is neither stored nor transmitted to any servers. The app requires your explicit consent to read or write to Apple Health.

4. Cookies

The app does not directly use cookies. However, it may incorporate third-party code and libraries that use cookies to enhance functionality. You have the option to accept or refuse cookies and will be notified when a cookie is sent to your device. Please note that refusing cookies may limit your access to some parts of the app.

5. Security

While we do not collect personal information, we recommend that you take measures to secure your device and data, such as using strong passwords and keeping your software up to date.

The app may contain links to external websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies.
