All data generated by you while using the app, including health and fitness data, remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties. 3. Introduction By downloading or using the VivaVibe app (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you—please ensure that you read them carefully before using the App. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or use any part of the App or our trademarks in any way. You are also prohibited from attempting to extract the source code of the App or translating it into other languages or creating derivative versions. The App and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of Viva Vibe. 2. Changes to the App and Fees VivaVibe is committed to making the App as useful and efficient as possible.
